Craft Project

Help me fulfill my crafting dream

When I was four years old I got my first crochet hook. To a small child it felt huge. It was red and made out of plastic and I remember walking around with it crocheting chain, later on, lopsided sweaters for my dolls.

For as long as I remember I’ve been interested in crafting, and by interested I mean I love it. I don’t have a speciality, I like it all. I taught myself to read crochet charts, how to knit gloves and socks, how to make glass collages, even how to make cards. It’s a passion and really a way of life for me. Even my blog is about crafting and how it helps me navigate parenting.

This year I’ve been slowly saving up for a Silhouette Cameo 3 cutting machine. I’ve wanted one for the past 5 years but it’s an expensive piece of equipment and there was always something else I needed. Now I’m determined to take the plunge and up my crafting levels.

Yesterday I noticed a post by  a craft store called Craftier (their shop is amazeballs) for a giveaway. You enter into a draw to win a sewing machine that’s specifically designed to sew paper for scrap booking and then you can invite your friends to enter the same giveaway. For every person that enters via your personal reference link you receive 10 points and if you’re at the top of the leaderboard by the end of the 24th of May you win a Silhouette Cameo 3.

So, this is me asking for help to win my dream crafting machine 🙂 for your troubles you’ll be entered into my giveaway for a £10 Amazon Voucher and a surprise win (if I win the machine) of some personalised craft later on.

If you think you’d like to help here’s what to do:

  1. Enter through the gleam app. Use my personal link to the giveaway.
  2. Verify your email (the email they send you might end up in junk mail).
  3. Finish the remaining gleam entry options.
  4. Keep your fingers crossed for me 🙂
